Qualified Electrician

We are delighted to celebrate Alex’s fantastic achievement in earning his NVQ Level 3 and 2391 qualifications! Completing these milestones is a clear demonstration of his skill, determination, and growth throughout his apprenticeship.

Alex has not only built technical expertise but has also shown resilience, adaptability, and a genuine enthusiasm for learning – passing his apprenticeship in only 3 years and 6 months. Even more impressively, within just six weeks of passing, he went on to achieve his 2391 course and exam, further showcasing his drive and commitment to progressing in his field.

His ability to take on challenges and continually improve has set a strong example for his peers and highlights the value of hands-on experience in developing real-world skills.

Achievements like Alex’s show how apprenticeships can open doors, providing the foundations for a rewarding career while shaping the next generation of skilled professionals. We are proud of his progress and look forward to seeing where his dedication and talent take him next.

London South East Colleges

We recently had the pleasure of returning to London South East Colleges to deliver presentations to Level 2 Electrical students, introducing our NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation apprenticeship programme.

Following this, we took part in a Mock Interview Day, giving students the opportunity to experience a real interview environment and build their confidence. We were thoroughly impressed with the standard of candidates, and it’s great to see that some have already been put forward for our apprenticeship scheme.

As a result of the success of this session, we were also invited back to support a separate Skills Bootcamp in Multi-Trade Construction, where we delivered additional mock interviews to another group of learners.

It is incredibly rewarding to support individuals as they take their next steps into the industry, and we look forward to continuing our involvement.

Maidstone Apprenticeship Fair

We were pleased to attend the Maidstone Apprenticeship Fair on 6th March at Maidstone Leisure Centre. It was a great opportunity to meet hundreds of local secondary school students and speak with them about the electrical apprenticeships we offer, as well as the career opportunities available for young people interested in starting a career in electrical work.

We enjoyed discussing the pathways into the trade and helping students learn more about the benefits of starting a career through an apprenticeship.
