What we do
A Specialist Electrical Division within Niblock Building Contractors. We work on Domestic, Commercial, Maintenance, Fire Alarms/Emergency Lighting and EV Charging Contracts, operating with a fleet of Electrical Engineers in London and the South East.
Niblock have been carrying out our electrical testing in London for the last 13 years. Niblock has worked with our organisation when we were Amicus Horizon, then Optivo, now Southern Housing. They have been able to adjust very quickly to changing demand in that time in terms of the level of work and the changing regulatory landscape.
Niblock currently cover the London region for us and carry out roughly 3,300 domestic tests and 600 commercial tests every financial year. Every year Niblock has managed to hit their run rate and financial targets. Niblock have been able to accommodate our changing workload as we have moved from a 10 year test cycle to a 5 year one on our domestic properties. They have also understood that electrical compliance has become much more date driven and have changed their processes to reflect this changing demand.

We currently work closely with Niblock Electrical Services as well as Niblock Building Contractors and would highly recommend them. They provide an exceptional service that is proactive, friendly, collaborative and customer focussed.
