About us
What we do
A Specialist Electrical Division within Niblock Building Contractors. We work on Domestic, Commercial, Maintenance, Fire Alarms/Emergency Lighting and EV Charging Contracts, operating with a fleet of Electrical Engineers in London and the South East.
Niblock have been our electrical contractor since 2013. We’ve found them to be a resilient and agile contractor, always willing to meet our needs in an efficient and professional manner.
Our relationship with Niblock began when we were operating as AmicusHorizon, it continued following our merger with Viridian to become Optivo in 2017, and more recently during our merger with Southern Housing Group to become Southern Housing. Throughout this time, they’ve helped us maintain electrical compliance across our London stock portfolio.
They treat our residents with respect, and the quality of their work is of a high standard.
