Team Niblock had a fantastic day at the Peabody Charity Dragon Boat Race at Surrey Docks, joining partners and peers from across the sector for an event that brought together teamwork, community and a shared purpose.

Racing traditional 40ft dragon boats, we were proud to be part of an event raising vital funds for the Peabody Community Foundation, which works with communities to create opportunities, support young people, strengthen neighbourhoods and help people build brighter futures.

While we didn’t quite make the podium this time, the energy, teamwork and team spirit on display made it a win in all the ways that matter.

A brilliant day all round, and a reminder that strong partnerships are built through shared experiences as much as shared goals.
