Upkeeping our High Levels of Resident Satisfaction
We were delighted to receive a message of appreciation from a Notting Hill Genesis Housing Assocation Resident regarding one of our electricians, Tyrell, and a second-year Niblock Electrical apprentice, Alex, whom recently attended the property to conduct electrical safety checks.
We take great pride in maintaining resident satisfaction across all our projects and to receive such excellent feedback regarding our electricians is a testament to the business’ key values and capabilities.

Electrical Placement
As part of our Social Value commitment with Barking & Dagenham, we recently organised a one-week electrical placement to help Ben, a 19-year-old resident, gain first-hand experience on site. It involved shadowing experienced engineers carrying out testing appointments within residential properties.
At Niblock Electrical, we are committed to helping young people advance their careers and we are very grateful for the exceptional feedback from Ben regarding his placement!
“It was amazing, on a scale of 10, it was an easy 10. I enjoy electrical work, but the environment I was in made it so much better. It’s helped me feel a lot more confident with my work and my own way of thinking. I feel a lot more competent to work alone without supervision in some areas.
I was taught plenty of new skills, like order of testing and how to fill our Domestic certificates. I was shown how to tackle obstacles and was given good advice on how to keep things to standard. It was great in every department.”
We were delighted that the placement had such a profound impact on Ben and look forward to hearing about his next steps in the industry!
