Replacement of light fittings within the International Maritime Organisation in London to High Performance LED Lighting. Works were phased over three years.

- Protection of floors and artefacts prior to commencement of works
- Removal and disposal of existing luminaries
- Modification of lighting and control circuits, including containment alterations where necessary
- Removal of existing grid ceilings
- Installation of new SAS Metal Grid ceilings
- Installation of new Lighting Control Modules
- Installation of new LED lighting
- Commissioning of lighting and control systems
- Decoration to ceilings in Committee Rooms
