Sunbury Adult Learning Centre

Appointed by Surrey County Council to carry out a new lighting installation at the Learning Centre we discovered areas of asbestos during the pre-construction phase.

Working with our Client we incorporated asbestos removal within our programme to ensure works were completed on time. 

Our works included

  • Asbestos survey and removal
  • Strip out and remove existing lighting
  • Rewire and installation of new LED lighting and emergency lighting
  • Replace non-compliant distribution board
  • Main intake room upgrade
  • Installation of new submain cable
  • Installation of new car park street lighting
