Southern Housing – Compliance Testing
Niblock have been working with Southern Housing (formerly Optivo) for over 10 years on a Term Framework programme to undertake electrical testing, rectification and upgrades to approximately 3,500 properties annually including emergency lighting to residential blocks, domestic testing, commercial premises, external estate lighting and reactive repairs.
