Who we are

Electrical contractor in the heart of London

A Specialist Electrical Division within Niblock Building Contractors. We work on Domestic, Commercial, Maintenance, Fire Alarms/Emergency Lighting and EV Charging Contracts, operating with a fleet of Electrical Engineers in London and the South East.

Our history

In January 2013, following considerable growth in Electrical Maintenance Services, Niblock Building Contractors teamed together with an existing Electrical Contractor which launched as Niblock Electrical Services to enhance and further develop this specialist and fast-growing service.

During the last 12 years the business has seen some considerable growth and currently have a qualified team of 25 engineers together with supporting Administrators, Contracts Managers, Finance Manager and a Divisional Manager.

Initially based in Sydenham, London the business made the strategic decision to relocate in March 2019 and is now based in Anerley along with Niblock Building Contractors.

Our strength as an organisation comes from the quality, skill and service standard of our staff.

ECA Technical Compliance Certificate 1 – Demonstrates compliance with ECA technical standards for commercial and industrial electrical installations, supported by robust quality management processes.
ECA Technical Compliance Certificate 2 – Demonstrates compliance with ECA technical standards for domestic electrical installations up to 100 amps, supported by robust quality management processes.
AICO Platinum Partner – Recognises contractors who have completed advanced training to deliver the highest standards of home life safety using Aico smoke, heat and carbon monoxide alarm systems.
Constructionline Silver – Demonstrates compliance with enhanced procurement, governance and supply chain standards required within the construction sector.
CHAS Advanced – Demonstrates compliance with recognised health and safety standards through independent assessment and robust health and safety management practices.
NICEIC Approved Contractor – Independently assessed as competent to design, install, inspect and test commercial electrical installations in accordance with BS 7671.
NICEIC Domestic Installer – Approved to carry out electrical installation work in domestic properties in compliance with current Building Regulations and BS 7671.
Waste Carrier Licence (Upper Tier) – Authorises the transport and management of controlled waste in accordance with environmental legislation.
Acclaim Accreditation (SSIP) – Demonstrates compliance with recognised health and safety standards through independent SSIP assessment.
Rolec EV Installer (Homecharge) – Approved to install Rolec domestic electric vehicle charging solutions to recognised industry standards.
Rolec EV Installer (Workplace) – Approved to install Rolec commercial electric vehicle charging solutions for workplaces and business premises.
