Southern Housing – Compliance Testing
Niblock have been working with Southern Housing (formerly Optivo) for over 10 years on a Term Framework programme to undertake electrical testing, rectification and upgrades to approximately 3500 – 5000 properties annually including emergency lighting to residential blocks, domestic testing, commercial premises, external estate lighting and reactive repairs.
