Lambeth Electrical Upgrades
Major electrical upgrades, undertaken in two phases:
Package 1 – Vauxhall Gardens Estate (11no. blocks) and Wellington Mills (4no. blocks).
Package 2 – Vauxhall Gardens Estate (16no. blocks).
Our works included
- Strip out redundant landlords main and sub main equipment and cabling.
- Installation of new landlords main and sub main distribution and equipment fed via UKPN service head.
- Installation of replacement landlords lighting and new emergency lighting in surface mounted containment.
- Thorlux (specialist lighting manufacturer) engaged to design and specify the installation. Designs approved by the contract administrator and client.
- New Distribution fuse boards, new rising and lateral mains to each residents’ meter within each flat including liaison with UKPN and EDF.
- New Landlord meter and service heads.
- Asbestos R&D surveys within dwellings and remedial works.
- Full compliance with BS7671 and BS5266.
